And 3 Makes 6 !!
- Box Babies -...?? Well the nursery continues to grow as we move deeper into the WildLife Baby season. The Box Babies are another set of triplets that humans have displaced. All three are males and their mother decided to have them in an empty create on a local Moving and Storage company's lot. Employees discovered the babies while relocating some of their storage boxes (hence the name Box Babies). Unfortunately, they could not be left in the create for the mother to raise. Frank called a local Vet's office which put him in touch with us. Once again, a little kindness will give these youngsters a chance for a full life.

MaMa, You've changed!!
These little fellows are a couple of weeks older than our earlier arrivals and each will earn an individual name as their personalities begin to show. Unfortunately, these are not completely healthy and, at the moment, we are more concerned with a skin rash that all three have than with names. We have to keep them isolated from the others until we get this little problem cured. Feeding is accomplished with an eye dropper until they become more comfortable nursing the bottles. As you can see, we have a rather large eye dropper for this job !!!

Bright Eyes!!
Initially very frightened, they have quickly begun to settle into their new surroundings. Although they are becoming comfortable with us handling them, they are still very cautious and attentive to quick movements. Feeding time will be their primary interest for the next few days along with frequent baths to treat their rash.... It's a good thing they like water or this could be a very difficult task....
